ATTN !! RULE UPDATE FROM NANCY ON THE IHRA TEAM FINALS

SAR just sent me a list of rules reminders that will be enforced this weekend:
1) All Pit vehicles (golf carts, scooters, etc) must have the permanent number of your racecar on it. ALL drivers of these pit vehicles MUST have a state drivers license. THEY INTEND TO ENFORCE THIS RULE. There is NO joyriding is permitted and they will deduct points from our entire team.
2) NO skateboards are allowed. Kids under 16 can ride razors or bikes ONLY!!! IHRA will enforce saftey rules.. so drive and ride slowly and watch out for others.
3) Racers wanting the left lane should line up in odd nembered lanes.
4) Racers wanting the right lane should line up in even numbered lanes.
5) Bye runs will be determined for the first round randomly by an IHRA Tower offical.The racer with the best reaction time from the previous round will receive the bye in the following round from the 2nd round up.
6)Deep staging is allowed but not guaranteed. Autostart will be used to start races.
7)The tree will be seperated with a blinder, but the top bulbs will be exposed. LED bulbs will be used with cones.
Other General Information you should know:
The VP fuel station will have all types of racing fuel available.
Bobs burgers will open at 8:00am to serve various breakfast items along with Freddies BBQ stand.
The gate can accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
There will be 2 souvenir stands open.
Track elevation is 600 ft. Radio station is 97.7 FM
Coming from Houston take exit# 599 (FM 465 to Marion), stay on access road and enter track under SAR sign. ALL Racers coming to the track Thursday or Friday must go to the spectator side parking area for credentails.
