The RIAA if it wins this battle has got an even more sinister plan up its sleeve. Since its sales are sagging still it is coming up with a averaging formula that will be applied to all Americans and any other countries that are dumb enough to enforce it. Basicilly what this will do is say that an average person spends so much money a year on DVD's, CD's and so on. Now if you can prove that you have spent this much you will be fine but if not,you will owe to the RIAA the diffrence between what you spent and how much you should have spent. Who is going to set the standard why the RIAA themselves. They are going to try and sell the public and the politicans this horse **** on the grounds that they can not catch the really good P2P traders and the illegel CD burners. You know what? If congress buys the line of **** they are laying down now , what makes anyone think they will not go along with this. The people who are decieding this just voted themselves a pay raise. Where is the pay raise for the rest of the country? RIAA SUXS AND SO DOES A GOVERMENT THAT SIDES WITH THEM.
