House for rent

Good home to rent for only 375 per month water/trash paid. Low utilities in a good area of Sedalia Mo. good house for a musician as there are several living in the area. Washer gas/dryer hook ups small 10x8 storage shed included with a nice tiller garden,strawberry patch, and herb garden. Mostily fenced yard with good security and motion lights.
