I can tell you that the Edwards family lived there from the 1940s to about the 1970s. Mr & Mrs Edwards had two children Aubrey and Caronne, sadly Mr Edwards, Aubrey and Caronne have all died. I do remember that once they had a very large chicken house and each Christmas Mrs Edwards would kill, pluck, clean and sell chickens. Their eggs were free range.
Mrs Edwards appeared on the Wilfred Pickles Quiz show 'Have a Go' in the late 1950s in King Arthur's Hall at Tintagel
