Hello
Does anyone know whether this hotel still exists. My great grandmother apparently lived at this hotel until her death aged 82 in 1941. However, her place of death was registered as Pages Cross House. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Alternatively, is there a local history or family history group I could contact.

King Arthur's Arms is very definitely still in existence, but as to what it was once called is a mystery to me. There is no family history group locally sadly but I will ask around and see if anyone knows the history of the building for you and reply when I can. I suspect she may have died elsewhere, perhaps a residential home or nursing home away from the village itself but as I say, leave it with me.
