The dream may be focusing on your 'guilt'. Perhaps there was a rush into relationships in your past {the two other crushes} and your psyche is worried about repeating these mistakes. Your last statement, which I assume was not part of the dream may be part of the problem. 'You want' your boyfriend extremely bad. Could it be you want 'A' boyfriend extremely bad. You may be too dependent on relationships. That would lead to deeper issues. At 17 you may need to focus more on the future and not so much on relationships.
