I was in a car in the daylight. Don't remember what the surronding were but in wasn't inside a garage or building. There were bats flying all around the car and one bat kept trying to get into the car throught the window on the drivers side of the car where I was sitting. As far as I can remember I was along in the car. The bats all went away but the one at the window seemed to just just by the window and look in, and I can remember him making a noise of some sort and finally left. I don't remember anything after that. The dream did not wake me, but this is what I could remember after waking up

Hard to determine what the bats may symbolize since there is so little info from the dream. A good possibility may be the bats represent annoyances in your life and all but one you are able to overcome. Not waking because of the dream may indicate further that these are merely annoyances in your life and not something more emotionally traumatic.

You could be right. I have been dealing with alot of medical issues that my MOM has and just in the past week I had to put my dog to sleep that I was very close with.
