I had a dream that my mom and I were in the waiting room at the gynecologist together. She was called back first and a couple of minutes later my name was called. I was escorted back to the room my mom was in. When I entered the room my mom was crying and I asked her what was wrong. She could not respond because she was crying so hard. I then asked her if she was pregnant and she nodded her head yes. The doctor entered the room with papers in her hands and then I woke up.

I was wondering what others might think of my dream.

Is there actually a chance that your Mom may be or may become pregneant?

I ask that (perhaps to rule out that the dream may be speaking about your feelings of your Mom becoming pregneant), but I would hazard a guess that the dream is actually speaking more to "your concern of you" becoming pregnant (if in fact you are intimately involved/ sexually active) and what you imagine would be your Mom's response to learning such news. Are you worried about the chance of becoming pregnant?

Did your mom experience an unexpected pregnancy when she was younger? That could be a fear you have, having an unexpected pregnancy. I say that because the dream has you and your mom together in a waiting room and you were escorted back to the room your mother was in {in the dream}. Shared experiences, or a fear of it?
