I'll keep it short because it was a long dream but the thing that I keep thinking about was that: in the dream I had cut off three of my finger tips. I had gone about my business and every time I looked down at my fingers, I noticed, "oh yeah I cut off my finger tips". My fingers were not bleeding and did not hurt, it looked like a clean cut halfway through my finger nail bed. I have some ideas of the meaning but wanted to share and get reflection.
