For the past 5 years I have lived in a rural area where people would drop off their unwanted pets. Most were cats and with my great affection for animals I could not turn any away. Many cats and dogs have come and left {I have adopted out several puppies instead of taking them to the dog pound where their fate was not good} but I have a total of 8 cats and one big dog they I take care of. Two of the cats are mine and the other 6 and the dog I have taken in to care for. I recently moved back to the city and my son's home. The expenses were a tremendous burden before I moved but now the added expenses of my move have put dire restraints on my ability to care for these precious animals. If you can spare any change I would appreciate any help to cover my expenses. I hope to eventually adopt many of the cats out to loving homes but unlike dogs cats are hard to good homes.
