Bare with me on my interpretation. There are aspects of archetypal possibilities and I want to be sure not to mis-read them.
The beginning of the dream suggests there are deep unconscious revelations, something that is either shared with your sister or pertains to traits or attitudes she possesses. The dream images border on an archetypal scale but at your age that is unusual. But the language may suggest there are revelations/realizations of the universal mind. Let's go deeper into the 'cave'.

In the cave/unconscious you discover crystals which can be symbolic of 'insights' and the spiritual leaders may suggest on a metaphysical realm {spiritual, possibly creative}. The cave paintings may represent intuitive insights and the pictures of Egyptian gods, Indian Shamans and priests pointing to the archetypal possibilities I spoke of. The descriptive language of these 'Wisdom' icons seem points to the masculine {gods, shamans and priests}. The masculine aspects would represent aspects to do with you. Watching the lake could be new realizations that will be 'established' if you are able to 'manifest' or 'make happen' these insightful possibilities.

Two observations about Froot loops. One is they are children's cereal which may point to 'infantile nourishment' and the second is they are round or circles which would be the symbol for wholeness. The colors could be pointing the unconscious {blue} and the conscious self {orange}. There is something within your unconscious that needs to be made conscious {manifest/make happen}. To do this would help bring about wholeness in your life. You need to pull these 'visions' out of the unconscious {perhaps kneeling to your higher being, overcoming the ego barriers} and make them conscious.

Summary Thus Far
There are unconscious aspects that need to be brought up to conscious understanding. This is typical for dreams, using symbolic language to describe unconscious events in the dreamers life. There are two things that are relative to the unconscious contents. The first is the inclusion of your sister. the second are the Egyptian gods, Indian shamans and priests. The sister image suggests personal experiences and the god/shamans/priest 'may' suggest collective experiences or revelations. The later are often archetypal {products from the deeper universal mind}. This is not usual for someone your age unless there are greater forces at work and you possess an ability {intuition} far beyond someone your age. If this true then the dream would point to major transition in your life. But we have yet to establish this as fact.

You move to a different area of the unconscious realization. The quartz crystal may suggest there are aspects that are within the subconscious that is ready to be made clear or made conscious. To are at that 'point', the quartz being just beneath the 'crust' of realizing, quartz being a mineral just beneath the crust of the earth {the universal mind would know this as being true}. This knowledge is at the 'shore' of understanding/realization. To bring this knowledge to consciousness would be a most beautiful thing.

The crystals would be unconscious knowledge {seeing and reading the crystals} and the slices of rock being layers of the soul. Jung's observations about stones
{ “The stone symbolized something permanent that can never be lost or dissolved, something eternal that some have compared to the mystical experience of God within one’s own soul.

There were five stones. I think of the number five as symbolic for transition, moving from one stage {having reached four/completion you move on to the next stage}. The geometric patterns could represent basic elementary patterns but within the current age of technology {your age at 28 in the 21st century}. Translated the language would be, 'Within your deep unconscious there are visions of spiritual leadership within yourself'. These are powerful forces and just beneath the layer of consciousness. They are ready to be made conscious.

We are back to Hannah. Hannah is skeptical which probably points to a true fact about her {determine what that skepticism is and you may untangle a lot about the dream}. You have brought up from the unconscious, or you are ready to bring up, a realization that will lead to wholeness in your life {circular froot loops}. It may involve greater possibilities in your life beyond the norm. There are powerful forces at work in this endeavor to recognize your greater potential.

Summary
All indications from the dream point to great insights to your life and its potential. Whether it is the unlocking of personal experiences that have 'manifest' themselves in your deep unconscious {negative experiences in your life} or if is something on a higher scale, something divine and spiritual, only you can answer. My sense is it would involve a major transition in your life and that usually occurs either all of a sudden out of the blue {fate} or, more likely, a product of seeking greater possibilities on a conscious level. Let me know your thoughts and impressions and if possible where you are in your life. Knowing so little about you {age and gender} I can only see within the certain perimeters of your being. If "I had you on a couch' it would be much easier to know what is taking place in your conscious life and more importantly your unconscious.
