Two very weird dreams

Hello. I've just woke up and remember two dream very vividly. I'm not quite sure if they are connected or I just had one after the other.

So the first dream, I was on a vacation with my parents. we stayed in a very big hotel and had a very big room, which had two doors. I remember attending a costume party, and I remember seeing someone I knew and adored(It was a woman, not quite sure who, or if I ever met that person), and she was dressed in a scary costume and scared me, Everyone else then laughed and asked what was so terrifying. The next part is the weird one- I was in our room, all alone, and two men wanted to enter. I remember them telling me they just want to fix something, but as they looked strong and a bit scary I kept asking them to wait until my parents returned. They would listen, and after fighting them of from the first door and locking it, I ran to the second one, but I was too late as they were inside. I remember fighting and shouting at them to leave, and they shouted back. I was so scared I even tried to hit them bite them. After what seemed like forever, the same woman in the scary costume ran inside the room and criticized me for not letting them do their work. I told her while crying that I was busy and they would listen to me begging them to leave, and after that I woke up crying, for a few seconds, and fell back asleep.

The second dream started. I was inside a large house, which i identified as my grandmothers from my mother's side house. (We have very good family relations, with all grandparents. The said grandma lives alone next to us. Her husband(my granddad) died from cancer about a year ago.) The house was very pretty, and have quite a lot of rooms to it. It stood on a low cliff, near the ocean, and had a big back yard. The overall area looked green and sunny. My best friend(whom I've known for about 14 years now) was there, and we were just hanging out. Suddenly the atmosphere started to change, big waves were arriving and the ground was shaking, and at one point I ran outside to find my boyfriends parents there. I yelled at them to get inside, not questions about my boyfriends whereabouts. I also ignored a few questions from his dad(Whom I don't like very much). After everyone got inside my best friend and I sat on a train and went south. From a window we could see clouds falling, and the ocean flooding everything. We also witnessed a few ships burning in the water, and two planes arriving for rescue. I remember the passengers cheering as they flew away, and then- everything was over, the water went to its place, and people seemed to not notice anything. My best friend left the train, and I stayed on. A few man joined me, and after checking me out suspiciously, I left. After hearing them talk about racism, I came back and explained. That was the end. The weird thing is, I don't remember feeling scared or anxious- everything felt calm even though the clouds were literally falling and ships burning down.

It's been driving me insane ever since I woke up. It has to mean something as it's not a casual dream of mine. Thank you in advance!

Mash,
I will provide an analysis of your dream in the morning. I do request you will provide a follow up response since my services are free and it is only fair a response be provided. All dreams are educational, not only for the dreamer but for those of us to wish to learn all we can about the unconscious and what dreams can reveal in this dark recess of the mind. You do not have to provide any personal info you feel uncomfortable with, merely a response to whether the analysis/interpretation fits in your life.

Re: Two very weird dreams

Mash,
My sense of the first dream is you need/want to get away from the established attitudes in your life, a good possibility being your parents. These attitudes puts limitations on who you wish to be. You may have recently reached a new plateau of thinking that fits better with the who you feel you are. But there are 'scary' aspects in doing this, either because you are afraid of the reaction of those who possess these attitudes or/and you are so dependent on them for support. Because of early life experiences/influences you have developed certain insecurities but despite this it has come to a point you need to let your emotions out and express/be who you truly are.

The second dream is also addressing the same issues but with an emphasis on male relationships. The positive with your grandmother may extend to your mother thus leaving the negative aspects being laid at your father's feet. This aspect of pointing to males as being the negative influence {attitudes} is really the only addition to the first dream except the second dream uses different images to address the emotional issues. Different dreams with the same message indicate deep unconscious emotions that are in conflict and need a resolution. If not resolved you will continue to have these dreams but likely with different symbolic images.
