i had this dream i suddenly got pregant, i don't know how or who's baby it is all i kno is that i'm suddenly going into labour and i'm anticipating the pain and im driven by these people i have no idea who they were in the back of their green mini van and i never make it to the hospital and the baby is never born but i can feel the pain and all i could think was i didn't want my life to go this way i didn't want to get pregnant and i don't want to go through this right now

Most likely the dream is not about a real pregnancy but about something new and not wanted that is coming into your life that may cause a lot of pain or distress. Look at your waking life and see what fits with this new 'baby' {dreams speak in metaphors and symbols}.
