Some thoughts...
Some things orange juice could symbolize: consciousness, self love or even life itself. Perhaps as you take in all that life offers do you feel a need for more? Then possibly look to an outer external relationship to provide that stimulation you seek rather then to your own self? Do you seek fulfillment through others rather than through your own life?

Or perhaps this merely depicts you may be somewhat aggressively pursing the young man of the dream for a romantic relationship...
