The other night when I went to sleep I awoke like I was stunned or something. I dreamt that I was walking my dog and was going up this hill and as soon as I got on the other side, this spaceship came right at me. It had like a humming noise and I started to run and my dog was barking crazy. I kept on running then turned around and it disappeared but there was like this rainbow in the sky. Don't know what this dream means?

hi,
when the conscious mind is approached by unconscious material,it can be seen and symbolised as an encounter with something alien,
i would think it represents this,
the dog would most likely represent, if this is the case,that part of yourself that is aware spiritualy,dogs and cats are renound for their ability to tune into things "supernatural",
and seeing as a dog is considered mans best friend,
perhaps your intuition, is your best friend,
jung saw the symbol of a space craft,as a symbol of the self,
we all hope that any alien visitors will bring greater knowledge and wisdom with them,
this is available from our own unconscious self,
i would tend to look at any recent promptings that have surfaced,the rainbow could offer a clue as to the outcome.
