Re: question

Alex,
Dreaming and day dreaming are not the same. Sleep dreams come about due to the processes of the brain while sleeping, most often during REM sleep. A daydream is a form of consciousness that involves a low level of conscious activity and takes the form of a train of thought, a conscious activity. Day dreaming can be a form of visualization, wherein a person 'sees' an image then creates into whatever they want that image to do. It often has more to do with fantasies.

Dreams on the other hand are an unconscious activity. By exploring the pages at MDS you can learn all about the subject of dreams.
