The dog which was in my dream just sat there staring at me, like he could look right thru me,or maybe he was waitin for my next move. It was a pitbull or american bulldog.

Think of the qualities American or British bulldog imply? He could "see right through you" - Is there a friend who knows u very well and can see your current standpoint very clearly?
