I am new to Speedex tractors and the only one I have used is my "new" 1630. I
have a few questions:

1) Should the right foot petal lock into position when pushed all the way with my right toes?

2) When right heal takes the petal lock off, should the belt still be rotating the trans pulley?

Note: On my tractor, right toe locks into position. Right heal does not fully release tension on trans pulley & she still drives forward! When I push harder
with my right heal, the pulley brake suddenly stops the trans pulley but makes the tractor jerk to a stop. Somewhat unnerving when going up or down a slope!
