Speedex 1631/1632 ?

I just purchased a Speedex with no decals. From pictures on the web it is either a 1631 or 1632. Can someone tell me what the difference is between these models, or how I can identify?

Also, the steering wheel is crumbling pretty badly. Can I get a new steering wheel somewhere?

The 1631 will have a manual lift for the attachments, and the 1632 will have hydraulics to do the lifting.
