I have a 1974 S 19 and a 1975 840 They are basicly the same tractor. The 840 has a Kohler engine and the S 19 has a Briggs. Most all the parts are interchangable. I would like to get some info on these tractors that other people have. Both tractors are running and in working condition. I want to restore both of them soon. They both have the same trans axle the 4 speed peereless 2300 I beleive that is the number. I would just like some extra info on these tractors and maybe find someone that could help me with finding an extra trans axle and some decent 6-16 tires. Thank you.
