Gary and friends, I regret to inform you that I will not be able to attend this weekend. It seems The Dow Chemical Plant in Seadrift can not function without me and I'm sceduled to work like 7 straight starting Friday Night. I am sure gonna miss you guys.

Well im gonna try and make it with the roadster. Got my delay box back in and car is purrin like a kitten BUT THEN the darn water pump kicks the bucket. Gonna see if my extra CSR pump will work tomorrow evening. Hope to see yall soon.

Wow, what a wild night of racing that ended right before sunset. It was nice to see the crew work hard to fix the problems so we could eventually finish the race. Two things....you should only get two time trials regardless of how many tech cards there are so you can end the race at a decent hour and two you should advertise online that you are charging a spectator fee or admission fee(whatever you want to call it)along with a tech card so racers are prepared. It's only ten dollars but there should be a little common courtesy there. A great turn out and maybe a bright future for the track . Congrats to david pedigo for the no e win and he definitely deserves the ironman as that is what it took to make it through the field well into the morning. A tough loss for jay robinson but definitley showed well all night ending my excruciating night a few rounds earlier. Good to see all the old friends that I used to race with even though it has been about six years. Man those years pass by quick.

Hey folks I really want to thank each and everyone of you that participated in the race and all the spectatores that came out ! I also want to say a special thanks to Terry G for being such a great help on taking over the starter position . I would like to apologize also for some of the "issues "we had and promise those will be taken care of before the next race . I'm going to get myself and Jack to sit down and star work on our program for next year to get it all on the table , we can make this happen ! Thank you all for the vast support that you all gave and a big Hooray to all of you winners .

We had a great time. It was good to see all the racers who use to come out and support us at Angleton. I thought I'd never see Terry Coldwater on another starting line but it's hard for him to not help out. It was just like to good old days out at Sealy, just a different car. One suggestion, two words! Smooth transition. Everything else was just awesome and once Chris get's his car done we'll be back.

Hurry up next year, we are ready to race again. Well, gotta get a few parts, then be ready to race again.

(WOW)!! That was a great race. Talk about stiff competition, kudos to all the racers. Gary, I would like to thank you and Jack for putting this race together, Bob and all the staff as well. Richie, I would like to thank you for having the confidence in me to take over as starter it was an honor. Mike, you are so right, its hard to walk away but I will always be there for the racers!!

Hey Terry your right that was an awesome race ! Thanks so much for all your help . It is very hard to completely walk away from racing , I don't know if any of you have an idea about my history with drag racing but I've been around since almost the very begining and when So.California was the place to be as a kid I had the oppertunity to see it start from Santa Ana to Sacramento. I can remember udra, pda , ihra , ahra . Been to just about every track that exsited in California . So guys and gals I say this with all my heart I'm working for and for the love of this sport forever we will have a place to race.
