A huge thank you to Ron for his help in adding three Lady Gouldian finches to our family! He was quick to respond to my inquiry via Facebook messenger, and only too willing to share his wisdom, experience, and expertise. He also patiently answered my many, many questions in a timely manner.

Ron’s passion for his birds is very clear. He obviously cares very much for their breeding and their health, and we were happy to invest more in his birds (vs. pet store prices) with the knowledge that they would come to us happy, healthy, and well cared-for. Ron also was quick to correct a system calculation error in our final invoice (with his apologies!) which showed exceptional character, in my humble opinion.

He was also instrumental in getting our finches to our home. They arrived in a cute little travel cage with extra supplies to tide them over, alongside the supplements and accessories I had ordered in his online store. He was careful to share instructions to help acclimatize our finches to their new home, and again his care for his birds shone through. Our new friends are settling in wonderfully, looking beautiful, and peeping and singing just like we had hoped. Thank you for all your help, Ron!
