Well, my oldest border collie, Teddy Bear, is 16 yrs old. I adopted him to provided him a retirement home since his owner died. He has been with me two years and my heart breaks every time I think of him not being with me. I have another border collie, Max, he is a blue merle, puppy mill, who I also adopted from a rescue group. I am now looking to either purchase or adopt another BC. Max, since he is from a puppy mill, is unbalance. He can not be with many people but does real well with other dogs. I truly would like a young, balance BC.

Oops can't finished what I was saying up there. Anyway She always breaks down the cat door or WHINES SO MUCH. She's a great dog in all. But I want her to have a friend and I want everyone to be happy, as we can't get another Daushund/? mix as he was a stupid little dog, he would run right in front of the passenger side wheel, everyone accepted that he would stop. We couldn't let him go in the house, we would just let him stay outside since he always made a mess. We have a cottage next to us, anyway the guy there is 26 and he just LOVES animals and he liked the dog. On his way out, me and my dad were working on our paint sprayer business and he was headed out and he ran over him. It was sad. My sister was flipping out with my mom next to her. My Dad was still working but a little flustered. And the guy, Kenny; Well we got SO upset. More then my sister.He didn't come out for 3 days. And I never had a dog and I was thinking we should get another since it's been a few months

Looking forward to owning my first BC. Love the Reunion idea. Hopefully it will continue. It would be nice if the owners could form an email contact list for ideas, support, sharing of pics, or planning doggie parties throughout the year.

We have just lost our cattle dog mix to kidney failure and I have always wanted a BC. I looked at kennels all over the country and even found a few that I would think about buying from, before I narrowed my search to closer to home and found just the kind of breeder I'm looking for! We are very interested in a puppy from your fall litter.

I love looking at all the dogs, and the new pups. I have a son who is turning 5 this summer, and a Border Collie is definitly on our horizons. Am currently in the process of puppy-proofing the house, and waiting for that right moment to jump back into the BC family. My first BC, he was my best friend, and best dog ever- its been 11 years since he crossed the bridge, and I want to give another BC the same love and fun filled life Phantom had.
